Repair History

We have service records beginning in 1999. All parts were replaced with OE parts except a new cat back exhaust system by Heartthrob Exhaust installed about 3 years ago. Repairs include new rear main seal, new brake lines, and rebuilt carburetor. Brakes- front rotors and pads, rear drums and shoes resurfaced and replaced. New tires. Truck starts and runs reliably. It is driven three or four times a month and never sits more than two weeks.

The truck no longer has a spare tire or spare tire mount underneath the bed. The piston jack in the engine bay doesn't work. The wipers need servicing but a new motor and switch were recently installed. The engine coolant temperature sensor needs to be replaced. The last time it went in for inspection, it did not pass because of rust in the bed. I have reduced the price to reflect this.

The original owner had some fun with the truck and installed an "old timey" ahooga horn with a floor mounted button.

Included in the sale is a removable, rubber bed liner that lies flat in the truck bed. Good condition and heavy.
This is a well maintained, mostly original truck, that has been in our extended family since its original purchase from a dealer in Columbus, Ohio. The truck arrived in Pennsylvania in 1999 and has been lightly driven and well maintained since then. Full service records are available from 99 to present. The truck has been driven about 500 to 800 miles a year since 1999.

We no longer have a reason to keep this truck going and all of the family members have declined to take ownership of the vehicle, so we have decided to put it up for sale. This is a decent truck that can be put into service as is or ready for your restoration and modifications.
